Healthy Meals During Preschool

We provide healthy and organic nutrition to support physical and cognitive development. There are three nutritious snack-times and one balanced lunch each day. An example of our menu is:

  • Morning Snack - Brown sugar & Cinnamon Oatmeal, Milk
  • Lunch - Cream of Potato or Veggie Soup, Whole Wheat Roll, Tropical Fruit, Corn, Milk
  • Afternoon Snack - Refried Bean & Cheese Quesadilla, Water
  • 5 PM Snack - Blueberries, Ritz Crackers, Milk

We accommodate dietary restrictions, and request that you communicate those before classes start.

Physical Development for Preschoolers in Sammamish, WA

Spending time outside is a vital part of wellness, and improves coordination and understanding. Your child has a daily opportunity to play outside at our safe and spacious campus. There are both covered and open-sky spaces to encourage health and social interaction.

Program Enrollment

Our goal is to create well-rounded and emotionally intelligent students who are prepared for the challenges of school and beyond. If your child meets this criteria and you would like to learn more or start the enrollment process, reach out to our office about getting started. An outline of what you can expect during this process:

  1. Campus Tour

    Before you apply, join the waitlist, and you will be contacted to schedule a tour of campus as soon as there is an opening on the roster.

  2. Enrollment Form

    We will give you the necessary enrollment forms. State law requires that, at the time of enrollment, we have three forms:

    1. Enrollment Application
    2. Medical Consent Form
    3. Financial Agreement
  3. Registration & Deposit

    The registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and annually thereafter. This fee covers the administrative and accounting costs associated with enrollment. No child is denied admission on the basis of race, handicap, color, religious belief, national origin, nor sex.
